Here is the FINAL, 100% working create_job.php that:

Auto-generates a clean, unique slug from the job title
Saves it in the jobs table (slug column)
Uploads company logo to ./admin/uploads/companies/
Prevents duplicate slugs (adds -2, -3, etc.)
Fully compatible with your new jobs.php and job_detail.php?slug=...
